• Traffic is fine, time on page is fine, and the form is still empty.
• Enquiries arrive in three different places and nobody owns any of them.
• You've never followed up twice with someone who went quiet.

Each of these is cheap to fix and compounds immediately. Ranking improvements take months. Answering people faster takes a week and often produces more revenue.
