Client dashboards so nobody has to chase updates
Internal delivery system

The problem
Clients often can't answer a simple question: what is my marketer doing this month? That uncertainty erodes trust faster than a slow result does.
The objective
Give every engagement a visible plan, status, deliverable list, and performance view.
My role
Designed and built the delivery system used across engagements.
Strategy
- One dashboard per client: priorities, in-progress work, shipped work, next review.
- Every recurring task documented as an SOP so quality doesn't depend on memory.
- Reporting focused on the funnel stage being worked on, not vanity metrics.
- A fixed communication rhythm so updates are never a surprise request.
Work completed
- Dashboard template with priorities, status, and deliverables
- SOP library for recurring marketing tasks
- Monthly reporting template tied to funnel stages
- Onboarding checklist and communication cadence
Results
- Clients can see current priorities and shipped work without asking
- Delegated tasks stay consistent because the process is written down
- Reviews start from data instead of recollection

What I took from it
Structure is a marketing feature. Organized delivery is often what makes a client stay long enough to see results.
